Day 7
Day 7! I can't believe I've made it through the week. Here's my #7 entry entitled "My Pal". I am experimenting with oil pastels and doing pet portraits. I think I like how oil pastels work.
Love this guy! I have been experimenting with oil pastel pet portraits, also and a few of the pets live in Annapolis so I was excited to find you on the 30/30 page. My daughter and I have a petsitting biz and a few clients over there. Lived there 20 years and now in St. Michaels. It's always nice to see familiar sites and how other artists interpret them. Good luck with the challenge. I'm working on sketching which is my weakest skill. We'll see where it leads.
Thank you so much. I go to the Eastern Shore quite regularly. I belong to the Easton Academy of Art Museum Plein Air group. It's called Saturdays en Plein Air. Good to see other local artists in the 30/30 challenge. Keep it up!
